I am here to remind you that struggle, judgements, fear, lack, guilt and shame are no longer valid options. It´s time to step up – be you – the True You that the world requires. For there is no one vibrating as you are. You are unique onto yourself. There is no need to feel inadequate anymore.
I am not here to fix you – only to remind you of You. For you are. And that is all. That is all it takes. To be you – and to be Now.
What occurs during a session?
– I log onto your energy fields getting to know the essence of you – the vibration of your True Self and the you that you think you are.
– I energetically look at what´s keeping you back, what you have made true about you, and what has created the challenge you are now facing.
– I embrace you in a vast energyfield of allowance, gratitude and love – offering you a possibility to let go.

This session will affect all of your bodies to vibrate harmonically so you may experience some physical changes and manifestations. That is all ok. You may feel lost, but you can never be lost. Just sit or lay down comfortably and breathe and expand your field and BE with everything that comes up. Don’t get attached to it – just be with it knowing you are now aware of whatever it is. Gift yourself a space of allowance – that is where you do not judge – even when it feels very hard and heavy. You being with whatever occurs is the key to changing it.
