What does a Personal Channeling include?
One session takes about 3 hours to conclude. You will receive a written message that comes through my channel WhiteLight. You can send me specific questions about what you are currently going through.

Channelings may include also specific practices that you can do on your own like guided meditations or mantras. This is very individual.

I will also send you advice on which Essential Oil you can choose to help you on your Journey. I work with Young Living Essential Oils which are very high in vibration.
