Beloved one,
You are trapped in your own constructs of reality therefor you experience the illusion of lack when in fact every moment is so full of Presence.
You have judged certain emotions to be in polarity to other emotions. Sadness as the opposite of Joy is a common example of this kind of construct. When in fact in the moment of sadness it is full of sadness. It is not full of the lack of joy.
In the striving for opposites when you are experiencing what you perceive as lack you create tension within your being. That tension binds you even further to the illusion of Lack. This is habitual. And it is a pattern within the realm of contextual reality which you are now experiencing as a Human being.
We invite you to look at this patterning. In the beginning not in the midst of you finding yourself entrained in these patterns but in a state of meditation and contemplation. What occured? What feelings and emotions did it bring up in your experience? What conclusions and thoughts arose? And then expand your Being to the Bigger. The true self.
If you have any problems with changing perspective you can imagine the event taking place on a tv-screen in front of you having your thoughts appear like subtitles.
Every moment of every day, every second.. every everything is whole and complete. Everything exists and nothing exists more than something else, nor does anything disappear just because you have decided you are not experiencing it at the moment. Your Being, your True Self, is beyond and within everything. And when you allow this truth as your source and be in full allowance every moment is everything. It is complete. It is completely full of itself. And with that Allowance comes a state of non-detachment setting you free from the patterning. And once you are in Allowance you are also able to rest in your Heart and to land there and view from there. And when you make that greater and more important to you, than any emotion or thougth that passes through your experience, you are carried by the Greater, Source, knowing that just as this moment is whole and complete so are you.
