Are you competing with God?

What a strange question you might think to yourself  and yet I think many of us go right into this trap.

For me praying has not really been on my agenda. Being brought up in a family colored by Christianity did not really bring me closer to God. Any idea of God. Actually only even further away. I refused to receive whatever I had decided God meant and of course also dind´t mean.
I had clearly created GOD as a separate being and me as a small human being in need of something. And thus also creating a dependency of sorts. Or looking for acceptance.

This also falls under the label of competition. How you might wonder?
If there is bad there is good. If there is wrong there is right. And for most part I find that if I/we feel afraid, separate or in need we turn to God. God is the Almight that is higher and better and can provide.

Is there a different way?
YES!
So look at this. This is not about religion per se. It is not about you being a member of any church. This is about your heart. This is about you surrendering, plunging into the Sea of All encompassing LIFE force. The Field in which all is created and all information is available. Source. Call it whatever you wish. And perhaps what is claimed to have come from Einstein: Either all is a miracle or none is. So are you, in your eyes, a Miracle? Are you? Are you as much a Miracle as All you can know and perceive?

What if you made room for that Greater to be a part of your life? The Source of All that is you also?

Prayer in the context of competition means that there is one that is better, bigger and more.
But Pryer can be connecting with that Source. Prayer in the Buddhist tradition actually means to let go of that which blinds ourselves from Knowing we are Beyond anything we can think. To become clear seeing. Awake. Aware. To see with our Enlightened self.

What if you today go into your heartspace. Relax for a few minutes. Take a few deep breaths and feel your body. Where is it. How is it. How are you feeling.
Then as you exhale allow all that you fear.. all that you think you lack to just fall to the floor. Like dropping a piece of clothing. And there you are. In your full potential. All LOVE. Now what would you heart like to say? Perhaps it whispers of Gratitude? Of hope? Of faith? Of love? Use that vibration and connect to the All Knowing Source of Creation and open yourself up to receiving that which is already existing in the field to come to you and manifest for you to experience. This is truly your space of choice. But you must be willing to enter your heartspace. And that heartspace is your connection to the Divine wether  you call it God or Allah or whatever you need to label it in order to create connection.

What if there is no competition. What if God is on your side? What if you are on your side? What if there are no sides? Or just one side? Oneness.
