Most of us walk like strangers in our lives. We have separated parts of ourselves in different parts of our lives. Snippets. Chapters. Experiences. Tales.
The first step of awakening is the realisation that Everything is occuring in the present moment. How do you reach that point?
By Being and allowing all in the present moment. It may seem simple enough. But being fully present takes your energy and a conscious choice. There is enough happening in this moment. There is a lot going on.
Sit for a while. Connect with the body. Connect with the breath. Feel the breath. The inhale. The exhale. Focus on the breathe. Breathe. Just breathe. There is no right or wrong breathing. Your breathing is as it should be in the now. Keep breathing for about 7 minutes.
Breathing and focusing on the breath will make you aware of your mind and the tales it is telling you about the past and the future and about the shoulds and should nots.. the wants..the needs.. the longings and the things you wish to hide from yourself.
All the parts of yourself will come together in a process. A process of awareness. Now you become aware of that in this present moment you are experiening all times at the same time. All the patterns, all the choices.. all your creations will appear and speak with you. Just breathe.
If this awareness makes you feel trapped, fearful, feel feelings of guilt..shame.. blame.. regret or uneasy connect again with your body. Let the body show you where you are. How these perceived experiences affects you. And keep breathing.
You are becoming aware that this is true for all humans. This is one of the keys to awareness. The awareness of Oneness.
