There is no greater gift than to Say I love you.

” I love you” is the way you use your human abilites to tell your body that all is included in Oneness.
It sends waves of relaxation and relief.

It has no “because” . It is an All Inclusive Statement.

It is the Truth beyond all truths . It is Source talking to Source cleaning the water mudded by Mind and distraction.

In fact it is the only message you ever need to communicate to yourself. In joy and in grief, in anxiety and in sadness. In turmoil and in complete serenity.

Because when you are joyful you acknowledge you have created for yourself joy.
And in great turmoil and distress you Know and become reminded of that beneath all that is occuring Your True Self Source Of Love is always on your side fully supportive, fully in allowance, offering you a restful space of No Judgment.

You are already complete. You have the Source – you ARE the Source. Be it.
