So many of you struggle in the reality you are perceiving you are living in. There are two sides of the coin called living.
Survival and Thrival.
Survival mode is when you are treating all that arising as something you have to overcome or something that you compare with what has previously occured in order to have a reference point to what it means to you.
You compare danger with danger. Fear with fear. Lack with lack. You create “fearful” conditions to which you can then relate “It wasn´t as bad as …” when in fact these patterns of comparing is what creates the conditions in which you will find youself.
When you realise that the conditions in your Present Moment you are making significant to your perceived self you also find that you, and you alone, are responsible for your choices. The stress and discomfort you are making real can only be real in context of comparing with something else.
Now you can see that just like two parallell lines drawn on a paper you can jump on to the other line and be the observer, be the one knowing that Yes I can chose to be caught up, overwhelmed and fearful or Yes I can see that as I have survived until now I will survive this too and deal with one second at a time – being carried by Inner Knowing that everything passes and what I do and take with me from that is Mine.
Thrival mode exist within you when the feeling of calmness and relaxation and balance is present. You are fully perceiving and receiving. Underneath every though, feeling and emotion lies the treasure in your heart, the Knowing, that although there seems to be struggle you are alright. Events occuring may take some effort from you but it does not defeat you. You do not fight it because in your heart you know you are not alone. You are Loved and Cared for. You are creating your Now and your Life. You are not trying to overcome anything. Nor are you in the need to create something to overcome. In thrival mode your body heals. Your heart sends out calmness and vibrations of Love. ❤
