Every moment is a new birth. Every moment is new. And yet it is colored by the past and the future.
When you are not present in the Now your future will be created from conclusions from the past.

Beloved sometimes memories pop up and stir up and twirl around in your Present Moment. Sometimes you feel joy, sometimes you feel like you are falling into a black hole. Emotions sweep you away. Pictures emerge in your head.
This is your body gifting you awareness of the energies you are still holding on to. If a memory of something you miss emerge it is a reminder that it has never left. If it is a longing for something you hate it is a reminder that you have not yet let embraced it in the warm blanket of Loving Allowance.
Sometimes you find yourself daydreaming. Gazing at nothing emotions arise that either awake joy or fear. This is a taste of what you are able to create. Every moment is colored by the past and the future. Every moment, every new breath is an invitation for creation. For expressing.

Beloved in every moment you are re-born. Re-created. Step into the sunshine of thy soul. Let the Light be the one that walks with you. Choose that which makes you feel light. Sometimes that can also be Being with the heavy feelings. Yes. It may seem contraproductive. Am I not supposed to seek out only that which makes me feel joy, happiness and puts a smile on my face?
No beloved. You are and Earthling now and all is included in the Game of Life here. Even the dark has sparks of light.
Being with that which is dense is the key to releasing it. Once you are willing to step into the fog, to confront the trolls in your head, to taste the density, to sit with it – then you are being the invitation to the awareness that is the gift.

Yes, the underlying awareness is that you are the creator and nothing is greater than you unless you make it so.
