Self-Love

Everything you experience in your life has to do with Self-Love. Because everything is a reflection of how willing you are to love yourself. This is not in a sense of Me and You. This is in a sense of We. Because to Love yourself is the Key that unlocks Everything.

The Universe is Love. It is pure potential Love. To claim Self-Love is to claim your connction, your part of, your belonging, your presence and your unquestionable gift of Being.
You cannot be separated from the Universe as there is no distinct line between where you begin and end nor where the Universe begin and end. That is why we always refer to the Allness of Creation as the Universe. Because as of now to you as  human beings the Universe is incomprehendable. We could refer to it as You but then your mind would immidiately start to ponder this and that would not contribute.

To claim Self-Love is to Know that there is no separation. To claim Self-Love has nothing to do with being lovable or not as that can only be done using comparison.
Self-Love means loving All that IS- simply because it IS. There is no need for anything else.
When in conflict with another ask yourself Where am I not loving myself? In what area of my creation am I unwilling to claim Self-Love. For claiming Self-Love also means that you are willing to Know that you are the creator as you are all that is. You are The Universe. You are Everything and Everything is you.

    Yes, so true, Stina.
There’s a good analogy here for getting to self love

    NO SUCH THING AS RESISTANCE

For who you truly are, there is no such thing as ‘resistance’.

Imagine a room in a house, a perfect room. The contents of the room – chairs, tables, people loving and fighting and dancing and resting, noise and silence, light and dark – are constantly changing, moving, evolving. The room itself is the constant presence in which this maelstrom plays itself out. The room never moves or changes, no matter how intense the contents becomes.

Yes, resistance can appear as part of the contents of the room, as can frustration, fear, anger, helplessness, despair, and so on. But the room itself, as the space for all of this, cannot resist, and cannot ‘do’ acceptance – it can only ‘hold’ or ‘provide the space for’ whatever appears, unconditionally, even if what appears is resistance and non-acceptance. This embrace is not an achievement, or a goal, or even a special state, but how the room is built. The room is PURE ACCEPTANCE, without an opposite. That is its nature.

You are like this perfect room. Always open, always awake, always already embracing your ever-changing contents, your thoughts and feelings, your passing states of consciousness, your dreams and visions. You cannot ‘reach’ your room-like nature (enlightenment), for you cannot split yourself from yourself and seek yourself. Enlightenment is already your true nature. The wave can never ‘reach’ the ocean.

For who you truly are, there is no acceptance to do, no resistance to resist, and certainly no non-acceptance to destroy. There is just the constant embrace of your ever-changing contents – your thoughts, feelings, sensations, memories, dreams, imaginations. You are the calm in the midst of the storm, the space for all of life, the room for your beloved, ever-shifting contents.

For who you truly are, resistance is not an enemy, but an impossibility. Resistance can only appear as content. The Room of you, the Womb of you, the I AM – unlimited, vast, unbounded, without walls, ceiling or floor – lovingly allows resistance but is never defined, limited or damaged by it, just as a wave can never limit or define the vastness of the ocean.

In the Room of you, even resistance has a home, a safe place to rest.

Understand this, and the entire spiritual search crumbles to the ground.
